Terms, Conditions and Return Policy


These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Greebo to you. Greebo may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the Greebo website.

Greebo’s Contract With You

No contract shall exist between you and Greebo until Greebo has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Greebo is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on Greebo’s site or for unavailability (see 3. below). Greebo reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered. By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.

Pricing and Availability

The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the Greebo site. Such information is subject to change without notice. There shall be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that Greebo needs to vary the price due to supplier price increases, tax changes or site errors for example, following confirmation of your order Greebo shall send you a notification by email and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order if Greebo has not done so itself.

Delivery of Goods

Greebo shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Greebo site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Greebo may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

Greebo Guarantee and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to Greebo for an exchange or refund, providing each is returned to Greebo within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. You shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Greebo recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Greebo shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these Terms, Greebo’s only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you for the product. This does not affect your statutory rights. We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Greebo. However, if you notify us within seven days of receipt of your goods that you wish to cancel your order, Greebo will be pleased to refund the money for your original order as soon as you return the items in question. Your statutory rights are not affected. To return an item to us simply e-mail us at info @ and we’ll arrange the return.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you and Greebo shall be governed by Italian Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

If, for any reason, part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.


Spedizioni e resi

La spedizione del vostro pacco

I pacchi sono generalmente inviati entro 2 giorni dal ricevimento del pagamento e vengono spediti tramite UPS con tracciatura e consegna senza firma. Se preferite una consegna con UPS Extra con richiesta di firma, verrà applicato un costo aggiuntivo, quindi vi preghiamo di contattarci prima di scegliere questo metodo. Qualsiasi tipo di spedizione scegliate, vi forniremo un link per tracciare il vostro pacco online.

Le spese di spedizione comprendono gli oneri di gestione e imballaggio e le spese postali. I costi di gestione sono fissi, mentre i costi di trasporto variano a seconda del peso totale della spedizione. Vi consigliamo di raggruppare i vostri articoli in un unico ordine. Non ci è possibile raggruppare due ordini distinti effettuati separatamente, pertanto le spese di spedizione saranno addebitate per ognuno di essi. Il vostro pacco sarà inviato a vostro rischio, ma viene prestata un'attenzione particolare in caso di oggetti fragili.

Le scatole hanno dimensioni adeguatamente ampie e i vostri articoli son ben protetti.
